Floorplans
The 2024 Regency Ultra Brougham offers five impressive floorplans in its lineup, each with a targeted owner base and specific features to assist in their travels. The Ultra 25MB has the standard Sprinter cab up front, equipped with two plush captain’s chairs, each able to swivel and face the interior of the vehicle. Behind the driver’s seat is the small slide-out, which houses the Murphy Bed/couch combo. The sofa is powered, able to be folded with a convenient foot switch. The Murphy bed folds down over the couch to create a queen sized-sleeping area when needed. Across from the couch is a combination of storage cabinets placed along the ceiling, and a smooth counter top area, which houses your TV. The TV can be raised or lowered on a powered mount, and there are additional storage cabinets next to it. A step towards the rear takes you to the galley area, with the refrigerator next to the TV cabinet, and a convection microwave mounted above it. Back across the unit is an L-shaped countertop area, with a good-sized sink and two-burner propane cooktop. Mores storage cabinets are both above and below your kitchen space. The sliding door opens into the bathroom, which has a large hanging closet on the left. At the rear of the coach, in the center of the room is the sink with a deep-set bowl, storage underneath, and a mirrored medicine cabinet above. The shower has a curved pan, with real glass sliding doors, and satin finish faucets and shower head. The macerator toilet is on the driver’s side wall, and has a towel rack and storage cabinet above it as well. The Ultra 25TB changes the floorplan up quite substantially. The cab setup remains, but the 25TB is not equipped with a slide. Directly behind the cab are two opposing recliners, each with a folding table, and overhead storage. On the driver side is the L-shaped kitchen counter, with a two-burner stovetop and large, undermounted sink. The TV is mounted on the wall above the sink, plus you have additional storage drawers and cabinets above and below. Across the coach, next to the entrance door is your fridge and convection microwave. Moving toward the rear takes you to the bathroom area. On your left is the standing shower with its own wood privacy door, and across is the toilet and sink room, also with a solid privacy door. At the rear are two twin beds, one on each side of the coach. There is a large center nightstand between the two beds which can be utilized for storage, plus it has some nice cupholders as well. There are plenty of overhead storage cabinets, plus two wardrobes, one at the end of each bed. You can also use the included expandable platform to change the entire area into one large king-size sleeping area. There is also a second TV in the bedroom. The Ultra 25TBS has a similar bedroom layout to the 25TB, but it does transpose the shower and toilet areas to opposite sides of the coach. The lounge area in the 25TBS has a small slide-out on the driver’s side, which has a loveseat, which can fold out into a small bed, and the fridge as well. Back on the passenger side is the kitchen, with the familiar L-shaped countertop, the two-stovetop and sink. You now have the convection microwave mounted in the cabinets below the stovetop. As in the other models, you have a plethora of storage cabinets above both the seating and cooking areas. The Ultra 25IB has the exact same layout in the front of the coach as the 25TB, with the opposing chairs and kitchen area being identical. The shower and lavatory as also in separate rooms, but the rear walls are slanted for a slightly different look, but still, plenty of room. The rear bedroom now has a large queen-sized island bed, with tons of walking space around it, and numerous overhead storage cabinets and two wardrobes, one on either side of the bed. The Ultra25UL (Ultra Lounge) has a unique design aspect. The entire rear of the couch is a U-shaped wrap-around couch, with seating for up to six people. It can be utilized as a large booth at dinner time with the included removable table, or as a lounge area when it’s time to relax. At bedtime, the attachable platform provides a huge base and you get a king-sized sleeping area. Moving toward the front you have the same split bathroom set up as other models, with the shower to your right and lavatory to the left. Because of the rear lounge setup, you have a larger kitchen space at the front of the coach. On the driver side is an expanded countertop area, with the sink and stovetop still next to each other, but a much longer counter space extending further along the wall. There are plenty of drawers and cabinets both above and below the counter. Across the coach is the fridge and convection microwave, and across from the entrance steps is a nice standalone cabinet with a matching countertop.
Exterior
The 2024 Regency Ultra Brougham series of Class B+ motorhomes have a very distinctive exterior appearance. Due to its 7’ 10” width, and slimmer look, the Ultra Brougham gives off a sleek, athletic vibe. With the Mercedes-Benz chassis providing a strong foundation, Regency adds vacuum-bonded aluminum for the floor, ceilings and interior walls, which is very strong but also lightweight. The exterior walls are insulated gel-coated fiberglass, allowing for many years of maintenance free travel. Four exterior colors are available to help you get the look you wish. The White/Sterling Silver exterior provides a stark contrast with its white top and bottom, and bold silver color right through the cab and coach area. The Silver/Sterling Silver palette replaces the white with a lighter silver tone, but keeps the darker look in the middle area. The Sandstone exterior goes with a light gold top and bottom and darker bronze for the middle section, while the White/Autumn exterior replaces the light gold with white for a beautiful combination. Looking at the vehicle from the front, you will notice how aerodynamic it looks, thanks to the integrated front fiberglass cap, and aero-style running boards. As you walk down the side, you will see the powered retractable step for the coach entrance, as well as the retractable awning. The awning allows you to have a large shaded area, and has integrated LED lights for evening times. The numerous exterior storage compartments are top-hinged for convenience and are Durakote-lined for durability, plus certain models have a larger pass-through compartment at the back of the vehicle. There is an exterior shower to rinse off the dirt before you enter the coach after a long day. Polished aluminum wheels have a great look to them, and you have a 6,000-pound towing hitch installed at the rear as well. The 13,500 BTU A/C is roof mounted, and since it is a slim-mount model, the overall height of the Ultra Brougham is only 10’6”, giving you a much lower profile than other motorhomes. You have 26-gallon capacity in your freshwater tanks, and over 37 gallons in both your black and grey tanks, allowing you to have longer stays off-grid. The SPARK Lithium System is mandatory with all Regency RV's and includes a SMART 40-amp charger, a deluxe system LCD monitor, a 320W hard solar panel, and more features that will allow you to camp off grid when the adventure calls for it
