Went to drop off the rig this morning and the tech LJ said my B&W 5th wheel hitch could go higher. I was appreciative of the advice and thought I could get it fixed when I pick up. Next thing you know, he comes back with his tool cart and jumps in the bed and starts working on it. It was very obvious he’s done this a lot because he was fast and efficient. LJ gets 5 Stars from me for his incredible quality service. He’s right on par with the rest of the staff at McClains Sanger.

WOW! These folks really set the bar high! After checking the place out with a friend who was upgrading their rig, I went ahead and did one too! A wonderful experience all around. Frankly, the best experience I have ever had at any rv dealer!

We've been to a number of places looking for our first travel trailer. So far our visit here has been the best encounter with the most experienced and knowledgeable sales person, Matt S. We're not into pushy sales people and he totally wasn't. Showed us several trailers and was patient and straightforward with all the questions. We haven't bought one yet but if we do, we will mostly likely do so from McClain's with Matt. Thank you, Matt!
