From the beginning Nita worked to accommodate our schedule and clearly advised when to drop off, when to expect the rv to be inducted into the shop, and kept us fully informed along the way. Naturally nothing breaks until the morning you are leaving for somewhere. We made it to Princeton Texas and I figured out ouf Vacuum siphon valve was leaking. Checked two other places, they didn't have the part we needed. McClain's not only had it in stock, but they had two!! Great price and great service. Took 10 minutes to change.
I purchased my 2023 Travato from McClains in Rockwall and had an excellent salesman, Carl Miller. He’s very knowledgeable and extremely helpful anytime I call and I’m certain they’ll be more calls as I’m learning this setup on my adventures. He’s super nice and jumps right in to solve any problem or even just questions you might have. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. I also worked Nathan the Service Manager and I have to say that young man knows his stuff. You’re in great hands trust me. Brad, the General Manager is all about customer service and went above and beyond for me in the time of need. Blaine did my walk through and is very knowledgeable and so very patient. Blows me away at just how much he knew. Very grateful for the staff at Rockwall’s McClains location. So I’m giving them 5 stars and know this I don’t do that unless I’ve been treated fairly in all areas of this business!

Carl will absolutely take care of you. He was patient, kind, and understanding. He worked us a deal at the Dallas RV show and stood behind it one month later at delivery time. The entire staff was awesome and made the buying experience smooth and hassle free. Should I need another unit in the future, Carl and McClains will get my business. 100% satisfied.
We've been to a number of places looking for our first travel trailer. So far our visit here has been the best encounter with the most experienced and knowledgeable sales person, Matt S. We're not into pushy sales people and he totally wasn't. Showed us several trailers and was patient and straightforward with all the questions. I wasn’t a customer, but my brothers car did breakdown in front of the building. They let us wait inside for a tow and were sooooooo nice and understanding even though we weren’t there to buy! It was a great experience given the circumstances
We have bought two motorhomes from Lathan this year after deciding to upgrade from our class B Vienna to a class A Vista. Lathan is the most genuine and honest salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He's honest and forthright and very knowledgeable regarding his inventory and their capabilities. AWESOME SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Bought a Class A Winnebago Adventurer 35F on March 14th, 2023. After we got home we found a few things that needed warranty work. Ashley in the service department was wonderful and was able to schedule us on a day that worked great for our schedule. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Brian the technician did the work throughly and quickly and they were able to get everything done in the same day and he was extremely nice! Thanks Ashley and Brian!
